Bio

I am a therapist, coach and co-founder of London Centre for Applied Psychology, which provides evidence-based training to mental health professionals and consults to business on mental health and wellbeing at work.

I am co-author of "A Straight Talking Introduction to Therapy: what it is, why it works, how to get it" (PCCS Books, 2023).

I trained at, and was Director of Policy at, The Bowlby Centre, the UK's leading attachment theory training institution. I have studied in the US and have an MBA from Imperial College, London.

I write and speak on relationships and parenting in the 21st century, the challenges of midlife, and how therapy sits alongside developments in technology, A.I., psychedelics and psychiatric medication.

Prior to retraining as a therapist, I worked for two decades at the centre of government on some of the most complex problems facing the country.

Graham is a Fellow Registrant of the International Association for Psychology & Counseling (UK) - FIAPC (UK) Accred - and serves on the Curatorium of the UK Chapter of IAPC.
